Description

Century Trading 6-10 Stage Battery Water Deionization Filtration Process

st stage: High Capacity Iron removal Filter Media Tank or Micron Filter, to remove visible particles, visible ferric iron, sediment, rust, sand, (Replace every 1-12 Months)

nd stage: High Capacity Carbon Filter Media Tank or Carbon Filter, Coconut shell carbon block filter removes organic compounds, heavy metals, Chlorine, Taste, Color & odor (Replace every 2-12 months)

rd stage: High Capacity Carbon Filter Media Tank or Carbon Filter, Coconut shell carbon block filter further removing organic compounds, Color, Heavy metals, Chlorine to ensure 100% removal of chlorine (Replace every 1-12 Months)

th stage: High Capacity Antiscalant Filter Cartridge, Antiscalant Filter Cartridge further removing 100% hardness and is a super-threshold RO membrane scale inhibitor able to stabilize a wide range (Replace every 10-12 Months)

th stage: Thin Film Composite for TDS Removal Process we have done extensive testing among different brands of membrane, and we recently have switched to a higher rejection membrane filter, by US Thin Film Composite Polyamide Cartridge, It removes 95% to 98% of all chemical, dissolved solids in tap water. (Replace every 1-3 years) Look at data below. We also have Thin Film Composite Polyamide Cartridge available upon request.

th stage: Battery Water Double Pass TDS Removal Process Thin Film Composite Polyamide Cartridge we have done extensive testing among different brands of membrane, and we recently have switched to a higher rejection Polyamide Cartridge, by US Polyamide Cartridge, It removes 95% to 98% of all chemical, dissolved solids in tap water. (Replace every 1-3 years) Look at data below. We also have TFC membrane available upon request

th stage: Nuclear grade Mixed Bed Deionization Color and DTS Changing Resin Mintech FRP 8″ x 18″ Media Tank (de-ionized, de-mineralize, Deionization), Nuclear grade Mixed Bed Deionization Color and DTS Changing Resin with refillable FRP Tank. Nuclear grade Mixed Bed Deionization Color and DTS Changing Resin removes remaining of total dissolved solids after Thin Film Composite Polyamide Cartridge.

th stage: DI Filter USA (de-ionized, de-mineralize, Deionization), Nuclear grade, TDS and color changing DI filter with refillable clear housing. The DI filter removes remaining of dissolved solids after RO system. A ball valve is included for dispensing DI water into open containers or to open tank. GOOD for battery water, Laboratory water and reef, aquarium, hydroponics applications.
